Cannot boot USB on ASUS md. U56E laptop

Am trying to create a fresh install of Windows 10 H on an ASUS model U56E.  I have W10 on a flash drive and it is mounted in the USB port of the laptop.  However, I cannot find any way to force a boot to that drive.  W7 is installed currently but I do not know the password to enter the OS.  I've searched the web for a solution but the ones I've tried do not work.  There is no "Fast Boot" option in the BIOS that I can see nor is there a CSM option.  Both are recommended approaches on the web.  Your help is appreciated.  PS....I've even tried Hiron's DVD to boot to it and that fails to beyond a Windows logo screen.

Check the BIOS and confirm that it is set to BIOS boot, not UEFI boot.

Check the boot settings.  The following should be enabled:

Boot to USB devices
Boot USB first
Boot removable media
Boot priority list:  USB, CD, none
Change the settings above. Then try both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. Also, create another USB flash drive. I've seen many times that using different a USB key resolved the problem.
can you enter the BIOS?
with the stick inserted - - if yes, post a couple of pictures showing the settings showing the Boot priority, and  boot menu

Here are 4 images of the four options in the BIOS.IMG-0371.jpgIMG-0372IMG-0374.jpg.jpgIMG-0373.jpg
nobus....were you able to view the images I sent?
your image 372 shows boot option is set to DVD first then sata
right click on it and select your usb stick
There appears to be a memory issue, I'm running MEMTEST right now.  When I looked at the SATA option, (there is no right click option that I can see on anything in the BIOS settings), the only thing I could do was to change from AHCI to IDE.  That didn't solve anything though.
try also left click
I ran MEMTEST for about 4 hours with no issues found.  However, when trying to boot even the old W7 version or attempting to do a system restore, I'm getting a memory error.  Wouldn't MEMTEST have found it?  I can boot from the DVD drive.  I tried loading W10 from a DVD and when I do that, I get a kernel error.  I'm lost on this one. I may try to remove one of the DIMMS and see if something will load.
>>  Wouldn't MEMTEST have found it?   <<  normally, YES.
it could be a flaw in the system restore files also ( maybe caused by a bad disk section) -what disk model do you have? look it up in device manager
try running sfc also  http://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/2895-sfc-command-run-windows-10-a.html
