Any known issues with running multiple copies of the same program using Remote Desktop?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to limit my Remote Desktop users to a single copy of my application vs. allowing them to run multiple copies of the same program under the same remote desktop session (this is my current setup).  Are there any issues with running multiple copies of the same application under a single remote desktop connection that anyone has encountered?  My current deployment allows my users to open more than one copy of my application which makes their data entry easier and, so far, has never caused any database issue (other than the occasional "database deadlock" which is inevitable even if I restricted them to a single version of the application).  While this is not a critical issue, I would like to know if anyone has any experience or strong opinions on this issue?   Thanks.

Sorry I didn't respond until now, but I was expecting to receive an email alert that someone had commented on my question and, since I never received anything, I assumed that there had been no comments.  My application can be run multiple times by the same user with no adverse effects, I was more curious about the idea of running multiple copies inside the SAME RDP session.  This was basically a simple question for confirmation that there aren't any known issues when running multiple versions inside a single session and Kimputer has reconfirmed my original thoughts on this.  Thanks, Jim Klocksin
