Error on Windows 10 machines
We recently upgraded our users to Windows 10. We are getting issues logged of user machines coming up with a blue screen being displayed with the following message: ":( Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then you can restart"
It could be an older computer with only partially compatible drivers. A recent windows update could have made it worse...

did you update their drivers?
echo ?
Quite erratic behavior, and then also similar for 2 different machine. So what's similar between these two? Did you install some special software on both?
Also you still didn't set the system to create minidump files, and obviously you didn't send any here.

Yes we updated the drivers for both machines. The only software that was loaded was the upgrade of OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
We tried to create minidump files but faced some difficulty with that. We are retrying today and will post the files if successful.

What other software is similar? Both laptops probably had a lot of programs in Win7. Find out which programs both have that are (not as well known as MS Office).
If they have booted once and activated, you could try a fresh win 10 install and it should carry over its digital license...
I did have some win 7 laptops that just wouldn't run after the upgrade, but work great with fresh installs...

Probably the hardware is ok (would be weird if they all start malfunctioning at exactly the same time), so it's probably an old driver or piece of software.
In the mean time, try to update ALL the drivers you can (mobo/graphics/storage/printers)
