WordPress: a Slider and driving traffic to my advertisements

I like the idea of displaying a photo intensive story (195 images) with some text under each photo using two methods:

1) a Lazy Loading page, to make it quick on first page load and because doing a page up is a handy way to review the parts of the story you already read, to be sure your questions are answered before you proceed.

Also, this is an ideal way to show ads, sometimes, the same ad, multiple times.

2) I like the slider idea, such as this Javascript slider.

I suppose giving a back arrow is about as easy for someone to double back a few slides, right?

But, how about showing advertisements?

Do you build in a web hook? So that every X clicks of the Next button, the ads refresh?

Curious.
