What Setting will ensure that i do not have an extra first empty page on my Crystal Reports Page

I have a payslip report that is suppose to print 1 page per staff

Currently it does this but i also have 1 extra empty page as starting page

I ma trying to ensure that this empty first page does not show/print

What setting am i getting wrong

Attached is my screen showing my current setting

I have tried different combinations of the parameters shown in the right hand side of the image above without any luck

Please note that the report content is correct, i get a record per page except that i get 1 extra page at the beginning of the file.

What setting will prevent this

You probably a NewPageBefore on one of the group set to True

Checked NewpageBefore is set to false for all groups

What else can i check

Olukay
Try to uncheck the option to 'Keep Group Together' for groups. Since the group data does not fit on the same page, in order to prevent the group from being split the whole group is being moved to a new page.
Turned it all off still the same  result

a portion of the first slip is printed  then the full payslip

Then all other records are full payslip
