Microsoft Outlook 365 – Exporting emails as .pst file

My Inbox is structured with a series of folders.
My first problem was to export all the emails from Inbox and Sent Items.
I have clicked the hyperlink at the bottom of the Inbox, and I could see all old my old emails, since 2011. But after Inbox export I could only see those from 2020.
I had many, over 4GB only Inbox, gathered over the 9 years.
But I have solved the problem for Inbox and Sent Items when I have adjusted at Account Settings the “Offline Setting - Cached Exchange Mode – Download emails for the past” from 1 year to All.
Then I could export as .pst the entire Inox and Sent Items folders, over 4GB each.
Now, my problem is with some of the folders inside the Inbox structure. I have the same old problem: I can see and export only the emails from 2020, but not earlier.

How should I get all old emails from those folders?

I have waited 2-3 hours until Inbox and Sent Items arrived fully in my PC, close to 10GB of emails/data.
I have not tried "compare Local vs Server size". The PC is in another company. When I will go there I will try that.
"Alternatively you can create a new profile and toggle the Slider to All from the get go" - Can I do it as a simple user in my PC or do I need Admin rights on server, Microsoft Exchange?
Details: Inbox has some folders.
Some of the emails arrived in Inbox and some were re-directed to sub-folders.
The emails directly in Inbox were correctly exported after I moved the slide from 1 year to All.
The emails from some sub-folders are not completely exported: from some folders yes and some contain only the emails from last year. That is my problem.

I am now on the old PC. I can come here 1 time per week.
The idea to compare local with servere on folder-properties is good. It proves there is more data on servere and is not sync to local.
For example one folder named Tanja is shown below:

Now, to solve that sync problem, how do I make a new profile?
And if I make one new, is it any chance that existing profile get damaged or deleted?- because I want to avoid that.

Would be enough to follow the steps below?

I am on the "wave". I made a new profile and the PC downloads now the tons of emails from the past. It seems it takes hours and I have probabalys over 10GB of emails.
Making a new profile did the trick.
I was able to download all the emaisl from all the folders offline in my PC from Microsoft Exchange server.
Now I can export them as .pst file.
Tahnk you for your help.

Why are you exporting to pst file if your on Office 365, could you not just use exchange online archive to store the emails at least that way you have access to them from any machine.
