Does it still remain there if they toggle or use the Windows key?<br><br>I think that needs to be repaired rather than removed — it shouldn’t remain stuck like that. Are there any other updates in the OS available to run? I would apply/check for updates.<br><br>Also, you try from an elevated command prompt as admin:<br><br><strong>sfc /scannow <br></strong><br>then restart when it completes.
