GoDaddy SSL doesn't appear in iis 10 dropdown

I purchased an ssl from GoDaddy and went through the installation instructions.  All went smoothly, including clicking the server name in iis10 and performing the "Complete Certificate Request".  When I go to bindings for the site that I am applying it to, it isn't list as an option.  When I go back to "Server Certificates" in the server node in iis10, it is no longer there.

Any help would be much appreciated!

You'll use https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest to debug this problem.

If you get stumped...

Provide a URL for testing.
Open the Certificates management console...  Start > Run > certlm.msc

Expand Personal > Click Certificates

Is the certificate listed in there?

Daryl, its not under personal.  Its under Web Hosting.  Should it be under Personal?

David, I will visit that site.  Thank you!

Here is a sample url:https://www.gsetiming.com/calendar/calendar.asp
They're under Personal on my server but I installed them differently.  Copy the cert from Web Hosting to Personal.  It's no problem having the cert in both locations.  Then see if it is available in the Bindings.
Thanks.  Still didn't work.
I went to the site that David suggested and it is listed as a Global Sign certificate but the one I am installing is from GoDAddy
Sorry for all the posts.  I cleared the cache on the SSL server test and now it shows no certificate, which is, of course, correct.
I would try restarting IIS.  I don't know if it's required but worth a try if you're ok with the short downtime.

Does the certificate look like the picture below (sorry it's small)?  The important bit is the key icon in the top left corner.

I restarted.  Once I Complete Certification Request and then click on one of my sites and go back to the server node, it no longer appearsw in the list of Server Certificates.
Sorry I'm not sure what you mean?

You restarted after you completed the certification request or you restarted after my post?  How many times have you 'completed the certification request'?
I keep trying the certification request because it keeps "going away".
Can you list the steps you have taken so far?  I don't see how you can complete the request more than once.  That suggest it's not completing properly.

Did you create a CSR?  and copy the CSR to GoDaddy? and install the certificate?

I would suggest downloading the Digicert certificate utility (it's free) from here: https://www.digicert.com/support/tools/certificate-utility-for-windows

Open the utility and it will show you the certificates you have installed.
It says it the certificate needs to be attached to it's private key.  How do I do that?  Or, better yet, where do I generate/find that?
So the problem is that I do not have a csr.  How can I get that now that I have already purchased my ssl?  I'm about ready to start over and buy another ssl so I can get this up-n-running.  :(

I have no idea what to do now.  No matter what I do, I cant get it to show up in bindings.  When I use the digicert utility it says it needs to be attached to it's private key and when I allow it to repair it, it says it can't be found on the machine.
Did you do what I said in my last post, create a CSR etc?
If you didn't create a CSR, you haven't got a private key.  You need to follow my instructions above to create a CSR then get a certificate based on the CSR.
I have already got the ssl and a private key and csr from GoDaddy.  I did that prior to your message with the instructions.  Can I generate what I need with your instructions and then go back to GoDaddy and connect them.  Alternatively, I have a private key and a csr from GoDaddy...I repurchased the ssl and am starting from scratch.  I did that before I got your instructions.  Now I am going to take one more run at connecting my ssl and then I don't  know what I'll do...running out of time.
