Users not signed off of Citrix Workspace
On Thin Clients with multiple users we have a situation where a user will click the signoff, but the next time Citrix Workspace is started they are still logon. This prevents the next user from signing on. Only by resetting Citrix Workspace have we been able to sign off one user and allow the next user to sign on.

In my test (on my laptop) the sign off worked properly. I will have to contact the user reporting the issue.
OBTW - nothing was showing in my connection center.

Agree with Mr. Rankin. I usually see this when a process is not ending, and Citrix Workspace client does not see the session as ended. If you can view the running processes in Director before ending the session, you can see the process that is not ending and put in the exclusion for it using the link he gave you. I remember when it was the Office tool that sat in the task bar that kept everyone's session running. That was fun.

Is there a setting to disable the "Remember My Password" option
Do you want it not to remember the password? Or do you want Single Sign-On with passthrough instead/

I am wondering if the previous user is clicking on "Remember My Password' , causing this issue?
If the credentials are saved, it would automatically login.
If you right-click Citrix Workspace App and select "Connection Center", is there still a session running after they have logged off? if there is, log on to the session host and find which process is still running. It may be that you need to add the errant process to the LogoffCheckSysModules Registry value (see https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX891671 for details)
