Sophos firewall is blocking windows updates.
I previously added a question regarding Sophos firewall blocking microsoft updates. I misspoke. The Sophos firewall is blocking windows updates NOT microsoft. Can anyone advise?

We remote into the clients computers and run updates in windows 10 settings. Does that use ith IP-URL? If so, how can I prevent that from being blocked?

You can find the reason for locking some sites within Web-Filter or firewall-log.
First we need this reason. Possible category "ip addresses" is blocked, possible SSL-decryprion interrupt the updates.

It is Sophos XG. We allow internet access to the users by default.

We whitelist the wsus completely, because there are sometimes downloads from IP-URL so sophos blocks these.
