Interface port is suspended on Cisco 9300 series switch

Hello - I have 2 ports that I have recently had configured successfully in a NIC Team on a Windows Server 2016 machine.  I was trying to change the subnet VLAN of the Team, and now am having trouble with the switch ports remaining in "suspended" state, and I think it might be causing a problem for the Team aggregation being re-established.  Do I need to get these ports out of suspended state in order to re-establish the NIC Team?  I am not sure how to do this.  thank you
