How accurate is the SharePoint migration tool reporting?
My SharePoint migration tool seems to have stalled several hours ago and stuck on 98%.
My internet upload speed I noticed has been going down throughout the day and is currently just 0.4Mbps down from 10Mbps. That may be an issue.
Microsoft docs say calculating file size in the cloud is not done real time and it is possible that the progress is actually 100% and the Migration tool report is not accurate.
When I look at the total files or bytes uploaded/migrated, it is pretty close to 99%+ I have the report here. PerformanceReport.csv
What is your experience with using the SharePoint Migration Tool? Did it show 100% transfer?

I will check the task manager to determine is the tool is still using cpu and/or memory to determine if the tool is still doing anything.
That was it. I was didn't think to look at the task manager and could see it was actually doing something. 45 minutes after my last post, the migration was complete. I feel like the counter that shows the percentage complete was not accurate in part because the way MS reports the total file count/size in the cloud is not live.
Glad it worked out for you Scott. It can be frustrating with tools like that, but generally that are good.
