Suggestion for an online tracker that can be shared
I am looking for an app or online software that can be customized with different fillable fields, similar to an Excel spreadsheet, however some users might be on at the same time editing the data and so there would need to be some method of determining which data to save.
Additionally pictures would be uploaded as well.
Currently an Excel file is being used, but it's about 900 MB already and OneDrive is being used to share that file between users. When 1 user makes a change the full 900 MB file needs to be downloaded and updated. This is not optimal.
Is there something online, or that can be shared over a network that perhaps resides on a server where an Admin can customize fields for example, Excel type look, and uploads can be done to the data and changes, and all users can see this without having to download a huge file every time changes are made?
