I have attached an example with the explanation of what I am trying to achieve.

I want column D of sheet 1 to contain a formula which returns the result of a cell in sheet 2 of the workbook. (I think I need an index/match formula?!).

I want column D to contain a formula that checks for the existence of the items showing on any particular row against the other worksheet. If it finds the same 'Report Topic' + 'Meeting Name' + 'Date of Meeting' contents in any row (i.e. Columns A+B+C in the first worksheet exactly match the contents of columns A+B+C in the second worksheet -  I want it to pull in the date (column D) from the second worksheet into Column D of the first worksheet.
