You are in the wrong area.  Go to https://business.facebook.com/{{YOUR-BUSINESS}}/settings/?tab=edit_page&ref=page_edit
Then click on Templates and Tabs. Just below where my screen capture ends you will see all the tabs you have and have the option to add/edit.

Thanks Scott,
I changed the template to Service and turned on the default to add a space to include the service description. I tried to add a picture of the services but really small. Can I expand on the service description or am I limited to a set amount of words. I would like to increase the service size area and amount of text I can add.
If I can add a larger picture to incorporate the menu that would be great. As an example, Like a restaurant that posts their menu. their menu is large and clear.
As an example I would like to include the following as a service listing. Do I list each item as a service or maybe add as a picture. There is not enough room under service to add all of this text. I tried to add as a picture but really small. Maybe I choose to add as a photo. I would like customers to view this as my menu. THANKS!!!!!! I am trying to figure this out and APPRECIATE your help or ideas on making this happen on my page

If you want to list multiple services individually, go to your page https://www.facebook.com/{{YOUR_PAGE}} and on the left bottom (desktop), click on the Settings tab.  From there you have new tabs on the left. Click Templates and Tabs. Now in the middle, you will see a Services option to be turned on or off, that should be turned on.

At this point, you also have the option to move the tab order up and down.At this point, you also have the option to move the tab order up and down.  On my test, I moved it just below "Home" and when I go to the main page and refresh (you may have to wait a minute) the Services tab is now directly after the Home tab.

Click on the Services tab, then you will see an Add a Service link/button which will give you a pop up that allows you to add one service item at a time.

can I post and do a pin to top of page to show services offered. Which would you recommend a pinned post to top or adding each service individually? Thanks in advance I appreciate your help. Above I have included the list of services that I would like customers to view. I thought by creating a pinned post on top on my home page in addition to the services tab they will see right away. As most of my customers are elderly seasonal vacation home owners and I don't know how well they will navigate around my Facebook page. However, maybe it would look sloppy and unprofessional. Thought I might ask.

Thanks and I will move into a website. I am testing the waters in a small retirement area to see if there would be interest. I thought I would start small and test the waters (using facebook ads on their facebook site to see if any interest before reaching out to other vacation places in the area) I thought facebook was the easiest to sample and see if any interest at all. I was worried to invest to much time if no interest. I appreciate your suggestions on using tests and really trial and error on dummy pages.
