Starlink Failover

Hello
I have a Starlink system that is working well although we do experience some drop-outs which is a tad frustrating although accepted as it is beta

Prior to this, my broadband was delivered via 4G connection into Google Nest as my mesh wi-fi

In the event of Starlink downtime, I would like to automatically switch over to my 4G service and back again when the Starlink signal is restored?

What do I need to achieve this?

Many thanks

I'm not familiar with either service (beyond that they exist and basic tech), but I would suggest a dual WAN router that will require each of your existing services to have an ethernet port you can connect to the router.  Then the router's config should use whichever connection is up and, possibly depending on the router, define a preferred connection to use.  Note, if the existing services offer built-in Wifi, then you'd have to ignore that wifi and use the wifi of the dual wan router and/or an additional wifi device connected to the dual wan router.
A router with dual WAN capability would do this out-of-the-box for you (if you use a home-grade router).
I have used a couple of cradle point routers https://cradlepoint.com/  They will be in the $500+/- range
