We are trying to reset the mac which is linked to an ex-employees apple ID. We have removed the ex-employee's profile but the apple ID is still connected to the system and keeps asking for the password when we try to remove the account. We have tried to erase the disk from the Disk utility but gets stuck when asked for the apple ID password. We have the same issue when we try the restore option. Do we have any option here to bypass the apple ID password and hard reset the mac.
