A user cannot log in to SharePoint or Exchange but can log into her profile on Remote Desktop Services

Hi experts,

I have a user who cannot log into Microsoft 365 or SharePoint. It basically is stating that her password and username do not match properly. That sounds simple. Just reset the password. The password she is using is DEFINITELY the one she has used for the past six months.

She cannot log into SharePoint. She cannot log into her email account and, therefore, is not receiving or sending email.

Yet she is on what is basically a "thin client" and remotes to the Remote Desktop Server and runs all of her applications, etc. from there. She must use RDP to connect, and she uses the same username and login there.

Her computer "thin client" runs Windows 10 Pro. The remote desktop is Windows Server 2016 Standard.

I am just concerned that if I use the domain account to reset her password, she may not be able to remote into RDS.

Any help would be appreciated.
