I created my own issue here but need assistance please trying to resolve.  Have an on prem AD (Windows 2012 R2) with an Azure AD connect to their O365 Tenant.  All the accounts have synced just fine and working.   Today I moved one of the on prem accounts from the OU that is being synced (by accident) into another OU.    30 min later... the account was deleted in O365.  So I simply moved the affected user account back into the OU that was syncing with Azure AD connect but nothing is happening.   The account keeps getting deleted in O365 and we are restoring if every hour.   I would have thought putting the original AD object back into the correct OU would fix it on the next sync but thats not happening.   on the user account in Azure where I look at "source" for the account it shows: Azure Active Directory
We are planning to remove the Azure AD connection here in the next week but how can I get this account to stop deleting please?   Thank you
