3) Note: The problem with your approach is whatever the policy today, RedHat may change this in the future.<br />

This means all may work well for a long time, then everything stop working.<br />
<br />
Answering this question requires using a crystal ball or other divination tool.<br />
<br />
4) If I had to run a disconnected machine, I'd use Ubuntu.
