Thanks for your quick response.<br>We have a number of different images for 14 different campuses that have campus specific settings on the images. &nbsp;It would be a great deal of work to start with clean images on all the images I have to work with. &nbsp;If I can't find a solution to this problem, I will have to go that route but would rather not.

I have a Window 10 1909 target computer that was just upgrade to 20H2 version. &nbsp;I did go in to regedit and removed suggested System\setup entries and also ran powershell script to remove-addxpackages -allusers. &nbsp;Only the local administrator have ever logged into this computer. &nbsp;I have uploaded the &nbsp; SYSPREP <a href="https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/2021/04_w18/1558759/setupact.log" rel="ugc">setupact.log</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="https://filedb.experts-exchange.com/incoming/2021/04_w18/1558760/setuperr.log" rel="ugc">setuperr.log</a><br>Any help would be greatly appreciated. &nbsp;I have been trying several days to get by this error.<br>Thanks in advance<br>AJW
