Powershell report to list all Servers including VM's on the network which need updates and patches

I am looking for a report I can run at will, which will report back on the Servers including VM's on the network which need Microsoft updates/patches.
Preferably I would like to see which updates/patches and if any are critical.
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
