 Hi experts
I receive error in debian vsftpd error-500-oops-cannot-change-directory-home-ftpuser-in-vsftpd-1 when trying to connect through ftp client filezilla.

Look /var/log in the messages, daemon, and vsftpd logs.  One of them should contain information about why the error is occurring.

Speculatively, the user in question is trying to switch out of their /home directory into some other directory, the target directory being one to which world has no read access.
