can I share a video and PowerPoint on zoom using an iPhone ?
I normally do this via a computer but is it possible to do this via iPhone ? if so how do I do this and where do I store this video and PowerPoint.

Start Zoom.
Turn off your video or hit the camera icon so the camera is focused on whatever is in front of you rather than on your face.
Tap the screen so you get the Zoom controls at the bottom.
Click the green Share button.
A list of places to share from should appear. I imagine these depend on what apps you have installed. Although I have the Dropbox app also installed here, and it doesn't appear, so I'm not 100% certain.
I opted to share a file from OneDrive. I was taken through a login process, and when I selected the PPTX file, I got a message that the file would be shared through a shareable link. Now I want to see what a recipient sees! Maybe they get a link to click to view the presentation?
If I opt to share a document and give Zoom permissions to access photos and media on my device, then I can look through recent files and various places on my phone. And I can access Dropbox and OneDrive. Unfortunately, when I tried to share an MP4 this way, I got an error: "unsupported document type, please select an image or PDF document."
So I think your best bet is to open a zoom meeting on your phone and test what online sharing locations it allows you to access: dropbox, box, onedrive, google drive, etc. Test it to ensure that it allows you to share both video and a presentation. I know this doesn't exactly answer your question, but I'm hoping it gives you enough information to get started.
