Netback-up Server Cant See Altavault Storage

Good Evening EE heroes!

I am hoping to find some help in diagnosing an issue our environment is having with our Netback-up 8.3.0.1 server reaching OST partition shares NetApp Altavault 4.4.1P1. I have the sysdump and the OST plugin logs available for anyone who can help. This all started after a reboot of the appliance as a test to improve some latency issues to our S3 archive also setup on the Altavault.

Hi team! Just wanted to update that this seems to be only existing OST shares as we were able to create a new share to the NBU server successfully. In the sys dump logs the repeating occurence of the OST seems to be initiate open session, start scan, scan fails saying no file or directory, access fails reporting hard IO error
