All thumbnails are appearing identical
Customer has multiple shared folders which contain images. When viewing thumbnails of those images, all the thumbnails are identical, showing one of the images thumbnails against ALL of the images. I have tried a disk cleanup, and clearing the thumbnail cache, but when it regenerates the cache the exact same thing happens. This is only effecting a single user out of the 10 that can see this folder. I'm not sure what to try next!
