make server boot into domain
Newly built server dc running windows server 2019 standard 24 core boots into private network. When I either check or uncheck the IPv6 in the stack it switches immediately into the domain and it holds. This is not acceptable for offsite support in an environment bereft of assistance. I've seen this before but it was usually the result of a bad twisted pair. That is not the case here.
are you using ipv6 on this domain if not uncheck the ipv6 box in network settings.

Either checking it or unchecking it fixes the problem after it's booted. I'm not using IPv6. It won't boot into the domain until I either check it or uncheck it.
Set the NLSvc to delayed start

Did you mean the Network List Service or the 3rd party Net Limiter service? I tried the Network List Service as well as Network Location Awareness Services. Neither changed the outcome. It first boots to a private network. Then when I change the IPv6 status it immediately switches to the domain which it controls. I'm really desperate. Please help. Thanks.
