How to limit WooCommerce to 1 item?

Curious if anyone knows how to limit the number of items that can be added to cart and checked out to just one per order in Woo Commerce

You will probably need some notification to alert the client.

There are plugins that may help you, note if you already have other rules already you will need to check if this is compatible.

These may be more easy to set if you have several products to limit the qty
(I have not tried anyone yet)
