Powershell get-smbopenfile keeps saying no cmdlet.

Running Powershell 5.  When i try to run get-smbopenfile i get thenot recognized as cmdlet.
Is there a module i need to install first?  Kind of new to Powershell. I'm runnning powershell as admin and I'm on server 2008 R2.
