Sumif statement error

I am not sure what I am doing wrong with my if statements in the attached spreadsheet.  On the summary tab I have 3 formula, I am looking to sum sheet l all data in range B:Y whenever sheet l column aa equals summary cell C1.  I am then looking to pull the min and max from the same data range whenever c1 equals AA in sheet 1

Sumifs etc. can not handle more than one column for the values, so some extra columns for Sum, Min and Max must be added.

Well, sumifs do not support multi columns, but there is a workaround:
Sum each row in an additional column, and perform a sumifs on it.

See the attached workbook.
