Thanks - but is that the "HP Sure Start" ? I am under the impression that HP Sure start is a proprietary layer that comes atop SGX<br>In any case whatever I do I don’t see a way to start this laptop is safe mode. I am about to replace the SDD and resintall.

I'm having a hard time booting an HP Dragonfly into safe mode under Win 10.
