entering data into text boxes with vb6

Using VB6

I want text boxes to behave this way
I will enter data into the 1st text box then press enter or tab then the focus
will move to the next text box. If i click back into the 1st text box the
cursor will be positioned at the beginning of the text box and then if i
enter more data into that text box it will overwrite what  is there.
if i just press enter or tab it will just move into the next text box at the beginning
