An employee of a customer has quit in heated circumstances. Their M365 account was the admin account and the mobile phone number associated with it was their personal mobile.
The manager is trying to get back into M365 with the account to change the password, and can't access the mailbox with the account to receive the password reset. How do we resolve this when:
- The user has changed the password before departure,
- The password stored in OLK on the users PC is no longer valid
- Password resets are sent to this mailbox which we can no longer access.
- Password reset authentication to a mobile is going to the employees personal mobile and they are not co-operating
