Uninstall Dropbox, delete all Dropbox folders under C:\Program Files and C:\ProgramData, and reboot. If this won't help, you need to clean up registry (probably manually).&nbsp;

Have removed Dropbox several times but when I reinstall it again the old profiles are still appearing so must be stored in Registry somewhere. Need to remove all trace of it and start afresh as have the same issue on a Mac as well.
