Access VBA Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open File

Hi

I have a client trying to install an Access ACCDE solution on their machine and am getting the error
Adobe Acrobat Reader could not open “Solution A.P.7.01 accde”.
What might cause this?

Bad association... ?
Somehow he/she Associated .accde with Adobe reader
