Trim cells and Delete columns in Excel using Microsoft Access
I have to import many Excel spreadsheets into Access everyday. Unfortunately in their original form Access won't import them. Here is an example of the spreadsheet.
In Access using VBA I need to to delete the first column and trim the title of the "Type of Facility" column.
Thanks,
Scott

Another way would be to let Excel automate the steps with Power Query functionality before importing to Access. Just a thought.
I don't think altering the data source is a wise idea.
How are data imported in Access ?
The fix can be as little as writing (or updating) a query.
