Yes, both NFS should be active, and then select teaming should one fail over, it fails over to the other.<br />

As for iSCSI it does not matter, but we always bind first.

Thank you for the fast reply. Its been a while since I added two nic's for ISCSI and have been reading up on it. Basically you will have both vmkernel's for iSCSI in one switch, but one of the adapters in each port group will be listed in unused, then switch the other for the other adapter correct?
