Where is the database hosted?<br />

When it's local, then PHP admin on Godaddy cannot reach it. This is normal and could not have worked earlier. In this case you need to check the database server on your hosted instance.

Fixed. &nbsp;My IP needed to added to the list in GoDaddy as the one I had was no longer valid.

For months I was accessing my database.  After taking a break I can't get in now.  I spoke with GoDaddy and nothing changed there.  I am using Navicat.  Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
