Try downloading 20h2 as a full Windows install. Use the media creation tool to download and extract Windows 20h2 to install it. https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2020/10/feature-update-to-windows-10-version-20h2.html
Remember if your running window 10 - ver 2004
then this new ‘20H2’ enables some previous existing features (disabled) and only takes minutes
but if you are running the older 2019 version - many folks are indicating it takes hours for the upgrade
so the slow arduous download/build/upgrade may be par for the course
what were you running previously?
