Custom number format for percentage values between -0.99% and 0.99% (two digits), other percentage numbers no digits

Dear Experts:

I have seen it somewhere but cannot recreate it:

I would like to custom format percentage figures between -0.99% and 0.99% with two decimal places, other figures such as 5,83% or 4,2% should be formatted as 6% or 4%.

The custom number format I think is something like ...

[<0,01],0%,...

I just cannot remember. Help is very much appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Regards, Andreas.

I have attached a sample file for your convenience.

Hi Byundt. great this did the trick. Thank you very much

We in Germany got the comma as decimal seperator, hence in my worksheet the custom number format looks like this.

[<-0,01]-0%;[<0,01]0,00%;0%

Anyhow, it works like charm, will do some more testing and then award grades.
