i wanted to reset my apple macbook pro back to factory and following info obtained ran the disk utility to erase the disk.<br />

i then restarted and after waiting a couple of mins for the apple progress bar we get an error. <br />
a grey circle with a line across and underneath :-<br />

can anyone advise what i need to do to get it back to factory settings and booting up of course!
