Yikes. If you're forced to insert the email address as the username, I think your options are very limited. Could you utilize the UPN field that would contain email addresses for user login, or are you being forced to insert the email address field for the account during the login?

What's your VPN client? <br><br>Can you launch it from a script, do that, and then in the same script map a drive, change the script Icon so its the same as the VPN icon. Or look at OneDrive<br><br>&lt;/P&gt;

Yeah, unfortunately they require the email address as the username, which as we know Microsoft uses to try and access network drives. <br><br>I'm using the built in Win 10 client with Meraki MX84's with RADIUS authentication - worked great until the bigwigs decided otherwise.<br><br>I had to populate all the email fields in AD for the users - &nbsp;so that info is in AD, was trying to find a way to have AD see the email address the same as their domain sign in. Also was throwing around writing a script to map the drives that the user would have to run once connected by VPN. Honestly was hoping to have AD do this behind the scenes.

Username with domains look like mail addresses (and can in fact be equal to a mail address), &nbsp;so for AD you should be able to also login as username@domain<br>besides DOMAIN\username ).<br>Aren't you confusing mail addresses to username/domain combo's?<br>They look the same, they act differently in different places.&nbsp;

Noci - no i am not confusing them. The requirement for sign in to corporate MFA is email address/AD password.<br><br>It looks like enough of us are having this issue that corporate is letting us go back to our original config until a fair solution can be figured out.
