Auto-Login option missing on Windows 10 Pro

There is no option save the login password for this new Windows 10 Pro computer.
I have gone to the command window and run CMD as an Administrator, then typed in the command netplwiz.  The checkbox for "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer"  does not show up.

What's the best way to fix this?   Thanks

Two solutions.  There must be some Windows 10 issue on the computer, because the registry edits didn't help.  Sysinternals did the job for this one.   Thanks to both of you for your responses.
