I have a Hp Laptop (Hp 15 Notebook SN: 5CD049FLYN) and we are trying to use a USB-C docking station, but the graphics drivers won't load on the Laptop. We found out from HP that the USB-C port doesn't support video. We tried an adapter so we can plug the docking station into a USB-A port the issue still stays the same and the graphic drivers will not load properly. Everything I have seen shows the a generic graphics driver should load, but it doesn't. The docking station we are trying to use is a Moakin USB-C. Does anyone have any ideas on what to try next to make things work?
