Local Outlook Exchange Account Not Displaying Email Text

Client is running Office 365 with an Exchange account through GoDaddy.  When opening an email, there is no visible text in the body of the email.  The only time the body text displays is if an email has an attachment to it.

I logged into the web portal, and all emails are properly displaying.  I also tried creating an new profile in Outlook, and the issue persists.

I can now confirm the issue persists on another workstation when I log in with that email account on the Outlook app.

Have you tried OWA as well as the preview? Is there somnething visible there?
Try to mark the body, if you can mark something.
Playing around with the colour schema may show white text on white background...

Installed any updates shortly...?
OK, I see a lot of similar messages from other users on a local error reporting platform.
The numbers of errors jumped up starting 3h ago (20:00 CEST).
They report more or less the same issue.
This points possibly to a Microsoft Problem.

So possibly you need some patience now until MS has fixed it.
We fixed this in Outlook 356 by running
"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462.

can run it in Powershell or Command prompt. It will update then restart office.

There was another hint from user DAN, you may try, if it works....
Outlook Options - Advanced - Display - Uncheck "Disable Hardware Graphics Acceleration"
Bembi, thanks for that.  That didn't work Jeff's did.  Actually I saw it from Norman Moy first.

Little easier to see.

"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\OfficeC2RClient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.13901.20462
