We currently have Cisco Wifi network with the controller 5508. My network equipment vendor said Cisco Meraki is better.  My questions are:
1. Should we change to Meraki wifi network?
2. If yes, due to budget limitation, we can not change wifi network for all of buildings at one time, can we change to Meraki wifi building by building and keep both wifi networks running at the same time?
3. We have to buy Merake switches.  Can Merake switch talks with Cisco switch?

Thank you so much for your help in advance.
