Checkdisk can not repair a drive if it is mounted, so you have to dismount it. If it is the system partition, it will happen with the next reboot.&nbsp;

Windows 2008 server is generating Event 55 - NTFS file system is corrupt. System is still generating Event 55, and shows error in disk management, could someone please guide me on this.
