Lock out means the credential of the user is incorrect but somehow the credential is saved.<br />
<br />
Have you tried to remove the credential in Credential Manager?

Mostly, we have Lenovo laptops.<br>There are couple of laptops have got problem like this: The Microsoft Team keeps crashing and kicking the the end users Offline. Questions:
               1) Is the latest Windows update (version 20H2 ;subversion: 19042.964) causing the above or other things?
               2) Any solution to troubleshoot the above? (Or I just uninstall and install back the Microsoft Team?)
