We currently have a Window Server 2003 standard edition as a primary Domain Controller, DNS and DHCP. I would like to migrate all of the these roles to a Windows Server 2016 standard edition.

What are the best practice and steps to do so? Can I migrate the DHCP first and if so, will this cause problems with the Active Directory?
Thank you in Advance,
