I had a support person from Azure call me today because I enquired why one webapp was costing me so much per month. They said that it was because I was paying for hourly usage. I don't understand how this was set up and how to change it. How would I change it to a more cost effective approach?

Azure account changing plan from hourly usage to lower cost usage

Microsoft Azure is a cloud computing platform and infrastructure for building, deploying and managing applications and services through datacenters. It provides both platform-as-a-service (PaaS) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) services and supports many different programming languages, tools and frameworks, including both Microsoft-specific and third-party software and systems. Azure also has file and storage services, data management, analytics and DNS services.
